Refund Policy

• Players or parents wishing to withdraw from program(s) may do so up to three (3) weeks before the scheduled start date of the program and/or before the registration deadline date (if stated) for a full refund less $50 registration fee (non-refundable). Programs include seasonal 8 week skills camps and Victoria Night League registration.
• In case of illness or injury to a registered participant; a doctor's note must accompany a refund request.
• If for any reason we do not have enough players enrolled for a specific age group and classes cannot commence (i.e. skills classes and victoria night league), a full refund will be provided to all registrants or the option of practicing with the older age group will be provided.
• Refunds WILL NOT be provided if you cancel during the actual progression of the 8 week skills camp classes or during Victoria Night League games. There is NO refund once the program(s) has started, unless due to an injury where the player cannot participate. Future credits will be provided only.
• We do not provide refunds for missed classes.
• If COVID-19 provincial guidelines change in the future, to the extent that we can no longer run our camp programming, we will be providing pro-rated credits to players for future classes.
