Refund Policy

  • Players or parents wishing to withdraw from program(s) may do so up to three (3) weeks before the scheduled start date of the program and/or before the registration deadline date (if stated) for a full refund less $50 registration fee (non-refundable). Programs include seasonal 8 week skills camps.
  • In case of serious illness or injury to a registered participant which will not allow them to participate in the 8 week camps; a doctor's note must accompany a refund request.
  • If for any reason we do not have enough players enrolled for a specific age group and classes cannot commence (i.e. skills classes), a full refund will be provided to all registrants or the option of practicing with the older age group will be provided.
  • Refunds WILL NOT be provided if you cancel during the actual progression of the 8 week skills camp classes. There is NO refund once the program(s) has started, unless due to an injury where the player cannot participate. Future credits will be provided only.
  • We do not provide refunds for missed classes.
  • If COVID-19 provincial guidelines change in the future, to the extent that we can no longer run our camp programming, we will be providing pro-rated credits to players for future classes.
